Do I need to get the product training, or I can learn by myself?
If you are new to flooring estimating software, you should consider get the training as it saves your time learning the software and avoids potential mistakes you may encounter especially with your busy daily schedule. If you are familiar using estimating software, you may try learn it by yourself.
Can you learn it by video tutorials and user guide?
Video tutorials and user guides help a lot, and should always be the first round of learning regardless whether to get a training session.
What is the difference between technical support and training?
Technical support is meant to provide help when you encounter some technical issues while using the software. A technical issue normally can be resolved in minutes, for example, a question and an answer over the phone or email. Training is more systematic with an agenda and objectives to achieve over a few hours. For technical support, just call customer support hotlines 626-683-9188 or send email to support@floorcoveringsoft.com
How many people can sit in a web training session? Can they join from different locations?
Over web training session, you may bring as many as 10 people in a web session and they can join the session from different locations with a computer and internet connection. A conference call number is provided for the session.
How does onsite training work? When do I need it?
For onsite training, Floor Covering Soft sends a trainer to customer site for one day or two day training. It can be conducted and custom to your working environment and training requirement. As it costs substantially more than web training, it is more for commercial takeoff estimating business and a group of users to be trained.
