Step 1: Contact your vendors to obtain b2b account setups. It will take approximately 3 to 5 working days for the vendor to set up your account. Here are the contact info (or call your vendor sales reps to get help):

Step 2: You will receive an e-mail back from the vendor. Forward that email to support@floorcoveringsoft.com for setup at FloorLink.net or call Joseph Wang 1-626-683-9188 for support.

Step 3: Login to your FloorLink.net B2B account and click on Material tab.

Once you have your B2B account setup with us in FloorLink.net, you can go to the "Corp Admin" page to change your B2B settings conveniently, just as shown in this screenshot (note: only an admin user can see this page):







To view the B2B material catalog, click on the "Material" tab on any FloorLink.net page. The page layout is very clear and self-explanatory. You can view all your materials or you can enter some filter criteria to view only part of them:







In the material detail page, you can see all material specification, plus the prices, promotion, product availability and product pictures.







So what's more that's coming up? In the next version of FloorEstimate Pro 6 (both desktop and on-line versions), all those above B2B material catalog information can be directly used in your flooring estimation projects, and can directly go to your proposals, quotations and sales order.
