FEP6 editions are being updated periodically with feature enhancements and bug-fixes.

Major enhancements:

Material finish schedule view (in COMMERCIAL editions)
Project materials are listed under Project Material in product panel, and right-click over the product item has "Replace", "Modified" and "Delete" commands, so one can work on the local copy of the product without affecting the item in main database
Room seam location lock (when changing room label, replacing the product of the same roll-width, etc)
Show 3D view and manipulate the image in 3D (rotate, zoom in/out) (in PROFESSIONAL edition and up)
Cut list and cut sheet printout show roll cut numbers with each cuts
Option to print the current window view of the diagram (instead of the whole floor plan)
Option to print 3D view of a selected room area (in PROFESSIONAL edition and up)
Align walls and align corner points of two adjacent rooms (under right-click pop-up menu, Shape Edit menu)

Material specification enhancement:

Allow to drag and drop a corner-based line item to all corners, inside corners, outside corners or to the room itself in one operation
Length-based product (such as base, trim, etc) when drag-and-drop, only applies perimeter segments EXCEPT doorways

Modeling and interface enhancement:

Cut sheet window is placed under main drawing window (so when switching products, it won't have that jumping effect
Added Lock/Unlock room location command (Right-click over a blank area) so rooms cannot be accidentally shifted.
Deleting layer is simplified so it only prompts to confirm the deletion (just right-click over the layer tab and select Delete Layer)
Allow snapping to the nearest increment inch (for example, 3", 6", 9", 0"). Set it up (Snap To field) under Room Drawing tab in System Setting
Allow splitting a wall into several segments (under Shape Edit/Split Wall Segment)
Allow entering exact measurement of a closed shape (under Shape Edit/Enter to Resize Wall Length, click on any wall, then click to select arrow direction, enter the size)
Added Set Layout Direction by Side command on toolbar, so one can click on the edge of any rooms to set it layout direction instantly (it runs in continuously mode, right-click to exit)
Added shortcut button "Show annotation on/off" button on toolbar, so one can toggle material assignment display on and off
Enhanced Tile Pattern selections with more patterns

Image plan takeoff enhancement:

Crop plan image at import (PDF, AutoCAD files) (PROFESSIONAL and up editions), also allow selecting importing scale to speed up image response time for large plans
Import multiple plan images into separate layers in a single import (COMMERCIAL+)
Set plan image takeoff scale for all floor layers in a single operation (checkbox: [ ] Apply to All Layers)
Shortcut keys to Zoom-in/out (Ctrl+Wheeler), Shift Left/Right (Shift+Wheeler), Up/Down(Wheeler), Zoom-in/out (+, - keys)

Digitizer takeoff enhancement:

Digitizer takeoff now added door, stairway, and attachment/inset takeoff settings (COMMERCIAL/COMMERCIAL+) in addition to enhanced rectangular shape and arc takeoff
Digitizer takeoff mode, displaying current takeoff mode and takeoff scale. Add beep sound for corner catching, shape closing, undo, etc.

Highlight Rooms of the Same Material:

Select and highlight room areas of the same product (so one can replace the covering product in a single operation), right-click over the room, select "Select All Rooms of the Same Material"

Export Room Area/Perimeter List:

Added "Export Room Area/Perimeter" that exports net area, perimeter, perimeter less door openings list to Excel (from Project/Export Room Area Perimeter, or from File/Export)

Other Major Enhancements:

Enhanced pattern carpet estimating speed for smaller pattern carpets (1"-3" patterns)
Allow continuously adding doorways until canceled with right-click or Esc key
Allow dragging on middle point handle for angled walls
At estimating mode, clicking on a room area will automatically switch to the estimate view of the product that is applied to that room (like a shortcut to selecting a product from the left panel pulldown list)
Add "Material assignment display" toggle button on toolbar (so it can show/hide material assignments on rooms)

Bug-fix:

Automatic zoom back to previous view scale after a single room takeoff in multiple layer settings (fixed)
Rubber band selecting on rooms on imported image plan (fixed)
Clicking close to a seam causes re-estimating seams (fixed)

Major Enhancements:

Export Estimate to QuickBooks (Beta)
Automatically rescale existing rooms when rescale imported image plans
New tile pattern editors (drag and drop tile pattern to rooms or walls, select combining tile sizes and colors)
