The software can be installed in two ways:
· Inserting the software disc into the CD drive, the setup program will automatically start, and you can select the proper edition to install. Normally the distributed software contains all editions of the software.
· Download the proper edition of the software from www.FloorCoveringSoft.com web site download area, and click on Run to install.
Either way the installation wizard will prompt you through a sequence of steps to complete the installation. When the program is installed, the program icon will show up on your computer desktop screen with name FloorEstimate Pro 6 as well as from Start/All Programs as FloorEstimate Pro 6 and installed edition name.
Double click on the desktop icon to start the program. Or navigate from Start menu/All Programs, select FloorEstimate Pro 6.
Registration Screen:
When the program is started, software registration window will pop up.
Trial Registration for TRIAL USER:
Trial user should select to evaluate the software with the third option “Do not activate now, I want to try first”, then click on Next on the registration form.
NOTE for TRIAL PERIOD: The program will expire after 30 days of the first installation; one must purchase a license key to activate the program to continue using it. Once it expires, the program CANNOT be extended. Please fully use that period for evaluation.
License Activation for LICENSED USER:
To activate your license, if your computer has Internet connection, select “Automatic activation over Internet (Recommended)”. Click on Next, enter your Account ID and activation key received from Floor Covering Soft.
You should find your Account ID and Activation Key from your confirmation email or welcome letter of shipped package.
Also you may retrieve Account ID and Activation Key from your customer login account at www.FloorCoveringSoft.com/login.shtml
** If you don’t remember the login password, use your email address to retrieve it.
** You may need to temporarily turn off your anti-virus or firewall software to allow it to activate online.
If your computer doesn’t have Internet connection, select the second option “Manual activation by phone or fax”, click on Next, Print the instruction on the following form, fill it out and fax it to 626-683-9699. You will get the manual activation key by email or fax.
