On left-side material database panel, the steps for drag-and-drop are

·        click to open major material categories, navigate to specific material item

·        drag and move it over the room(s) which gets highlighted in the main drawing window (when mouse over), then simply drop it to the room(s),

·        the assignment is added and displayed under the material list area under the room label

 

 

 

After dropping the item, see the material assignment list and also the mouse-over tip.

 

 

 

To hide material display list:

·        Go to Project Setting tab, uncheck box “Show Material Information”. This control can be toggled on and off.

 Assignment to Multiple Rooms: Press down Ctrl key, left-click to pick multiple rooms (or Ctrl-a to select all rooms), drag-and-drop material item to the selected rooms.
