Creating wood borders within a room is similar to that of creating carpet borders.

 

Create Wood Border: right-click over the room, select Properties, then Borders tab; OR highlight the room and click on “Add or Edit Borders” button on the right toolbar.

·        Multiple nested borders: can be added by clicking on “Add Border”

·        Assigning border material and set border width: pick on each border at the preview canvas on the left side, then set it border width and pick a border material from the pulldown list

Example: Hardwood layout with 1’3” wide border using 7.5” width Simplelock Rancho Mirada.
