Some material line items are length-based and applied to wall section or room perimeters. Length-based line items is recognized by the program based on its estimating properties Layout Type (Line Item) and its Unit of Measurement (LF or MR) in material database.

 

Assigning Length-based Line Item:

·        Drag and drop to the highlighted perimeter of a room (when mouse over the room)

·        Drag and drop to ONE highlighted wall segment (when mouse over the wall segment)

·        The length-based line item assignment is annotated by a special icon on the wall segments assigned with.

 

Assignment on the Perimeter of the Room:
