4. Optimize Seam Placement: Seam Manipulation Techniques |
As different types of carpeting jobs have different requirements on seam placement, material usage and installation styles. For example, while bidding a commercial project, material usage is more sensitive than a residential job. In many cases, users would need to manipulate the seams
· to achieve better seam location for installation
· to save material waste
Seam Manipulation Techniques:
· Drag and Shift Seams: simply drag and shift on any seam
· Add Length Seams:
· Add T-Seams:
· Add Even T-Seams:
· Delete Seam: drag and drop the seam of out the room area, OR click on Delete Seam button, then pick on a seam
Advanced Techniques (available only in PROFESSIONAL & COMMERCIAL Editions):
· Add Seams in Cut Sheet Window
· Use Butt Seam to Divide Separate Layout Regions (mostly for complicated room shapes)
