1.      Try different layout direction at individual room level

2.      Relocate seams and add fill-pieces at individual room level

3.      Divide and conquer: divide complicated room shape into regular shape areas by adding butt seams

4.      Breakdown stairway steps into individual steps for material allocation as waste filler

5.      Manipulate cut pieces in cut sheet window: shift and regroup cut pieces, add additional cuts on cut sheet view
