As many flooring projects involve wall covering, and in many cases there are designs on walls with multiple material applications onto walls.

 

The program provides a feature to divide walls into any number of sections where different material can be applied to each section. The function can be started from two ways:

·        From Properties window of a room, go to Wall Tab, press Set Wall Layer button

·        From the room with Walls/Ceiling shown (the expanded room view), right-click over the wall, on pop-up menu, select Set Wall Layer

 

       

 

Set Wall Layer:

·        Step 1: set the number of sections to divide the wall surface into

·        Step 2: drag the yellow handles on the left panel to adjust height of each section

·        Step 3: click on any section (highlighted), select material from the pulldown list

 

 

 

 

 

Edit Wall Layer: Right-click over the Section area, at pop-up menu, to

·        Change Layout Direction, select Set Layout Direction

·        Reset Wall Layer, select Set Wall Layer…, then going the similar steps of creating wall layers

·        Remove Wall Layer, select Delete Wall Layer
