Material specification including line items and labor items are important part of flooring estimating and installation. This task can be easily achieved by easily default material assignment or drag-and-drop predefined items from material panel.

 

Material Assignments are normally achieved through following ways:

1.      Default material assignment at room insertion

2.      Drag and drop to existing room floor, walls or ceiling from left material panel

3.      Change/Edit from room Properties window

 

1. Set Default Material for Room Insertion

2. Drag-and-Drop Major Covering Materials: Carpet, Vinyl, Tile, Hardwood and Laminate

3. Apply Length-based Materials to Wall Base or Room Perimeters

4. Apply Material or Labor Items on Walls and Ceiling

5. Apply Material or Labor Items onto Stairways

6. Apply Transition Materials

7. Apply Material to Attachment Fixture or Inset

8. View and Edit Material Assignments
