Running a business of this scale, technology must be deployed to streamline key business processes, including measurement, estimating, product catalog, inventory, purchase order, installation, invoicing and after-sales services. We use Q-Floors system to run the backend of our store, and FloorEstimate Pro estimating software for measurements, costing and estimating.

Retail is getting more competitive these days. Our commercial property management business compliments our retail operations and helps us achieve the purchase volume that a key vendor like Mohawk requires.
