Functional Tabs

Lead

  • Create/Edit new leads by source, type, location, demographics, rating, estimated sale amount information.
  • Attach Schedules, Tasks and Event Logs with leads.
  • Assign Lead to sales reps.
  • Convert Lead to Account upon qualification or sale.
  • Generate report on leads with defined search criteria (by rep, source, type, location, etc.).
  • Import lead lists from Excel/CSV files (load thousands of leads in a second).

Account

  • Create/Edit new account by customizable account type, demographics and rating. Attach remarks to account.
  • Add multiple contacts to an account (it can be used to represent different office location of an account, or different projects or jobs of an account).
  • Attach Opportunity to an account. An Opportunity can be used to capture a sales opportunity or a job to bid on. Multiple Opportunities can be attached to an account to represent the history of business transaction with this account.
  • Attach Document to an account. A Document can be any document including sales order, proposal, Word document, Excel sheet, a scanned image, or an invoice.
  • Attach Schedules, Tasks and Event Logs with an account.
  • Search accounts by defined search criteria (by rep, type, demographics, rating)
  • Generate report on closed sales amount of Closed Opportunities, conversion rate by reps and estimated sales revenue in the pipeline of future time frame. 

Contact

  • Create/Edit new contact information
  • Associate contact with an existing Account
  • Search for Contact by first name, last name, city, state, zip, phone and email.

Opportunity

  • Create/Edit new opportunity by opportunity name, estimated sales amount, probability, estimated close date, competitor name, next step, PO number, product, and status.
  • Attach Document to an Opportunity. Multiple documents can be attached to an Opportunity such as estimate proposal, bids, diagrams, sketch drawing, contract, price list, etc.
  • Attach Schedules and Tasks to Opportunities.
  • Attach FloorEstimate Pro project with an account. So the project can be opened and edited from FloorLink.net (if user has FEP5 installed on the PC).
  • Search opportunities by defined search criteria. 

Diagram

  • View/Edit FloorEstimate Pro project.
  • View detailed project information including customer, job site address, materials, quantities, prices, sales amount, installation diagrams and proposal sheet.
  • Attach FEP projects with an existing Opportunity of an Account.

Document

  • Create/Edit file folder and sub folder structure.
  • upload file under any folder.
  • Assign shared folders for sales team collaboration.

Schedule

  • Create/Edit new schedule information.
  • View schedules on daily, weekly, monthly and yearly and by reps or all reps.
  • View color coded schedules by reps or by customizable categories. For example, categories can be set as "Measurement", "Installation", "Material Order", "Services", etc.
  • Installation scheduling: slot assignments, waiting list, map/directions

Task

  • Create/Edit new tasks with start date, due date, percentage completed, description, and status.
  • Track overdue tasks and completed tasks by reps.

Report

  • Various management report from lead generation, conversion to sales report.
  • Installation report

Settings

  • Define detailed user information for map and weather information generation
  • Allow defining store locations or departments.
  • Create user groups and assign different access rights.
