About Measure Square Corp.

• Measure Square Corp (formerly Floor Covering Soft) was founded in 2001 with a mission to bring to market the best software for measure estimating on the best computer platforms available. Over the years, generations of its products have shaped the way that measuring estimating is being done, with efficiency, accuracy, and professional results. Since the company’s inception, the customer base grew from zero to 2,500 businesses in 2012.
• Customers range from national firms such as Empire Carpet, Sherwin Williams, and FCI to regional commercial contractors like Acousti Engineering and Redi Carpet, to small retail stores in the US and Canada, the UK, Australia, New Zealand, and South Africa.
  

The company was founded by Dr. Steven Wang. Obtaining inspiration from his customers, Steven has always been actively involved in shaping and refining the product. Along with his dedicated team of programmers, Steven is in relentless pursuit of easy to use and technically superior software.
As a software industry veteran for 20 years, he has been devoted since 2001 to streamlining the measure estimating process utilizing advanced technology. He received his Ph.D in Computer Science from University of Southern California in 1991.
