Product Database Transfer |
I am switching the program to a new computer, how can I transfer project
files and product database over so I don't have to re-enter them again?
- To move project files: copy project files under My Documents/My
FEP Project (or any other project directories) to the new computer
- To move product database (for Window XP): copy the system
database file named fepMaterial.mdb (it is normally under
C:\Documents and Settings\your
account\Application Data\FEP), to the new computer, and put it under
the same directory.
- To move product database (for Window Vista): copy the system
database file named fepMaterial.mdb (it is normally under
C:\Users\your
account\AppData\Roaming\FEP), to the new computer, and put it under
the same directory. You may need to enter AppData\Roaming\FEP path name as it
may be invisible at normal mode.
