FEP2012 Annual Product Upgrade and Support Package

Floor Covering Soft offers several upgrade option to FEP2012 estimating software editions for users who purchased earlier versions of FloorEstimate Pro.

How does it work?

• STEP 1: Select edition that matches to your previously purchased edition 
• STEP 2: Click on shopping cart button to purchase that package online, the upgrade price is for one user license. If you have multiple user licenses, add number of licenses to upgrade.
• STEP 3: After your order is processed, you will receive an email with account update information. Then login to your web customer login account to find the new download link and new program updates expiration date.

What does this annual upgrade and support package include?

It includes 12-month of program updates and product support (phone, email) from the date of upgrade purchase, automatically renewable after 12-month unless cancelled by user.

Can I only upgrade one license if I have several other licenses of the same edition?

No, all licenses need to be upgraded at the same time. Running different versions of program in the same business network may cause confusion and incompatibility issue when project files are shared and saved by different versions.

Can I cancel the annual update and support package?

Yes, but no refund will be offered to unused period of the paid year. Cancellation will be effective from next annual billing period.
